BMW M2 Competition Production Could Commence Next Year

The BMW M2 will reportedly be replaced by the BMW M2 Competition in June 2018. Saying goodbye to the single-turbo three-liter N55 six-cylinder of the current M2 in favor of the twin-turbo S55 mill from the M3 and M4, the car would be quite different from the current M2 due to the addition of a carbon fiber front splitter, side skirt fins, a trunk lid lip spoiler, revised rear diffuser and carbon fiber tailpipes.
